2 weeks ago we had the opportunity to head down to Utah and go to our good friend Jeff's wedding reception. It was such a fun trip. Brian's friend from high school Justin came with us. We stayed with Brian's grandma and aunt, they have a park right across the street so that made for lots of fun, the faded picture below is of Brian's grandma and the girls playing, I took the picture from the front room window! We took the kids to a small zoo that was awesome. It was $1 per adult and $.5o per child. They had fun walking around and seeing the wildlife! Saturday before the reception in the evening we took the girls around Temple Square. We met up with my best friend from high school Melanie Bird and toured the visitor centers and caught up. We tried In and Out for the first time and had a great time at the reception. It was a super cool reception, after an hour Jeff and Alli changed and everyone played some soccer and volleyball. All sorts of fun and relaxed! After the reception we hit Sonic so Brian could catch up with another close friend from high school that now lives in Alaska. It was fun to see them catch up, I wish I would have thought to get all the guys in a picture at the reception. What a good trip though!

Slippery Fun!!
Just some fun the kids were having with the good old slip and slide and our wet trampoline. Brian got home from work and joined the fun sliding them down it and then Lily started a water fight with him. Lots of wet fun!Tuesday, August 3, 2010
YAY! I Got A New Camera and Now I Can Post!
So I realize it has been since January since my last post but our camera has been lost/stolen for the past few months. Anyway I finally convinced Brian to get a new camera, his only stipulation was that it had to be a bigger camera so we wouldn't misplace it. Done! ;) Anyway here some fun things we have been up to!

First Field Trip!!
So today the preschool group the girls are in went on their first field trip to the local fire station! Both moms and kids learned a lot, we all had a good time! Here are some fun pictures from the happy event! Since Andrea and Abbie are in town they came along for the fun too! We have loved having them in town! We wish we all lived closer!
Lily and Cloey were a bit shy here!
And then here is Abbie, so excited to drive the big fire truck!

New Things!
So this week has been a very busy week, between work, remodeling our kitchen, normal house stuff, and getting ready for Brian's overnighter with the youth you would think that that was a lot. At least I did! Lily and Cloey both started a ballet class and preschool! It has been a fun change! I love watching them learn and grow! Here are some fun pictures of their first days!
I have to laugh, they were totally distracted by a plane flying over head.

Happy New Year And Lots of Updates!
We had a fun new year's eve! I made the girl some party hats and they had fun with the poppers and pull string fire works! They went to bed at their usual time but we had a fun time playing around with them! Then Bryson and Heather Lind came over to play games! We had fun, I took a picture of the snacks I made because I set it all up nice on the table and then we decided to play a game that needed the table, so I was sad that I had to put it all back in the kitchen. :) The picture of Bryson, Heather, and Brian is the lull in the fun, we trying to decide what to do! Good times, be sure to check out my other posts, we have had a fun couple of weeks!
"Snow" Much Fun!!
Just a tree in our back yard, I had fun with the picture, can you believe how much snow there on the branches?!
Meet Frosty, that is what they named him. It was so sweet, after we went inside they kept running to the window asking if Frosty was still there or if he had melted like in the song!
Autumn was not a fan of sledding!
Christmas 2009!
We had a great Christmas! It was really fun this year with Lily and Cloey being older and even more excited for Santa to bring them some goodies! We also had fun teaching them the true meaning of Christmas and doing some service too! I am so grateful for the season and for my wonderful family. I love my children and I am so glad to have them in my life! Here are some of the fun memories from our Christmas!
Yay for Christmas Jammies! Growing up I always opened one present on Christmas Eve and it was always pjs! So we are keeping with the tradition!
We got to talk to Elder Justin Keeley on Skype it was fun to talk to him and see him at the same time! My brother Matt didn't call until quite a bit later than we thought he was going to, so we ended up missing his call, the girls were ready for bed! It was a long and fun Christmas Day!
Don't We Look Fabulous!
Jason and Jonny went to Utah last month and they brought back some hats from Great Grandma Keeley for the girls. Lily and Cloey were so excited! They were having fun trying them on and modeling them in their bathroom mirror! They are so cute!

Fun Christmas Conversations With My Girls!
I love my kids, even more fun are the things they come up with. Here are some fun conversations we have had lately.
It was foggy outside this morning and Lily had some thoughts about that.
Lily-Mom what is that outside?
Me-That is fog.
Lily- Yay! Santa is coming mom!
Me-Why do you say that?
Lily-Because, Then one foggy Christmas Eve, santa is coming mom! (thinking of the lyrics in the Rudolf song)
Me- I think you have a few more days until Santa comes.
Lily- Then why is it foggy?
*I think that was one of my favorite ones!
Tonight Brian was at school to take his Calculus final, so it was an all girl dinner!
Me- What should we get daddy for Christmas?
Lily- I want to get him a really scary dinosaur! (you also have to imagine her hands rubbing together fast, something she inherited from her daddy when they get excited, that always makes me smile)
Cloey- I want to get him a love heart! (she was tilting her head down and looking very sweet!)
Me- Those sound like some good presents!
Lily- Hmmm, I want to get you jewelry, daddy can take us to get you some jewelry.
*I was laughing by this point, I don't talk about or wear jewelry very often.
Cloey- Do you want a wrist like Daddy?
Me- What?
Cloey- A wrist like daddy!!! (talking a bit more matter of factly.)
Me- Oh a watch?
Cloey- Yes! Do you want a watch?
Me- That would me fun.
Cloey- But I want to get you a butterfly and a flower.
Me- Oh that would be very nice too!
It went on for a while, I love my girls! They are the best!!! I am looking forward to my flower and butterfly from Cloey, and maybe some jewelry from Lily! They are so funny!
