And Rhino Was His Namo!

That's right we have dog, he is now about 13 weeks, we got him when he was 10 weeks. He was free and so cute! He is a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie- Lab mix. So he is durable and good with our family. Many may wonder why we got another dog, we had an older dog a year or two ago and gave her to a loving home. We loved her but she was not a good fit for our family... anyway I had been really having a hard time with Skyler's loss and felt strongly that I needed something to help me. So I have my walking/running buddy. He is fun and the girls just love him. For the first little while when we had to leave Cloey was so worried about leaving him home, so sweet!

Preschool Fieldtrip

I am involved in a mommy preschool, we have 5 moms and we rotate weeks. Once every 5 weeks I teach a Tuesday and Thursday Preschool. It is so much fun and Cloey has learned so much. This is the 2nd semester we have done it. We have field trip once a month and the first one we did was in September and we went to PetCo for an animal experience! We invited a few more kids, most places want you to have 10 kids there so we invite other kids too. They had so much fun! It was a blast to see who got nervous when the snakes came out...Jesse I love you but was not expecting you to freak out more than the kids! ;)

School Carnival...

I couldn't pass up on this one! So Lily's school did a learning/fall harvest carnival. We all had potatoes, chili, rolls and apple juice. It was delicious! After dinner we were going to go around with the girls to all the stations to complete some sort of learning activity and get a ticket to enter to win some prizes. Lily went to one table and the teacher there asked her a quiz question, and Lily turned into my leg and got all sorts of shy (no surprise there!) Cloey, however was more than happy to answer the question. Lily just wanted to go to the playground to play with her best friend Kylie. So Brian took Autumn and Lily over to the playground, while Cloey and myself went to every table and she played the learning games, did a science project, and answered questions from some teachers that were just standing randomly all dressed up in a costume and giving away tickets. Needless to say I think Lily might have been a little Jealous when Cloey won this very cute game! We had so much fun and Cloey just makes me laugh, she is so ready to be in school!

Garden Produce!!

We had so much fun this year with our garden! We had a TON of tomatoes, zuchinni, cucmbers, cabbage, cantaloupe, peppers, carrots, onions, strawberies.... and on and on! The girls loved whenever we went somewhere or came home, they would walk to the front door or to the car picking snacks, mainly tomatoes and strawberries! The stirfry at the bottom is made completely out of our own home garden!

Trip to Utah for a Special Wedding!

We went down to Utah for Brian's cousin, Kevin Hatch's wedding. It was fun to head down and have almost the whole family there, we sure missed Mike, Andrea, and Abbie! We stayed with Great Grandma Keeley and had so much fun with all the family time. What did we learn from this trip? Well, Cloey gets car sick, yep can I tell you how fun that is when it is dark? Luckily it cleaned up good and I was so thankful for leather seats! Luckily we got her to sleep most of the way home. She never had this issue before, so we were completely shocked! We were able to be present for Kevin's sealing in the Logan temple. It was the most beautiful and touching ceremony, we are so glad he found someone so wonderful. Both of them had lost their father's within the year and it was sad and comforting to know that marriage is for eternity when you are married in the temple. We know their dad's were their, you could just feel it! Saturday we all went to the zoo we went to the previous month and had a blast. Sunday we went to church with the Ballard's, Brian's Uncle, Brian's cousins were having a farewell/homecoming thing. One brother was coming home, and one was heading out. It was so neat. It was a fun family trip, I love my kids and my husband. It is so fun to do these family vacations with them, even though sometimes stress creeps in, I wouldn't have it any other way!

And we are off! What better way to pass a 5+ hour road trip than playing pretend with your tootsie rolls? I was driving when Brian looked back and totally busted up! My kids crack me up!

Yeah, no tootsie rolls here, that would have been a huge mess! Did I mention that I love our suburban and the 3rd row seating? Lily and Cloey are in the third row and Autumn is in the 2nd row, if we had Autumn sitting with them she would have been totally all over Lily, poking her pulling hair... she likes to antagonize her sisters to get a reaction....hmmmm I wonder who she got that from.....daddy for sure! ;) But we love her!

At the Logan temple, I love my girls!

So pretty!

The fountain was so beautiful and the girls loved looking in the water.

The babysitters outside the temple had a fun way to keep the girls entertained, they were brave and gave them all the camera's to take pictures with! I love this one!

She is such a grandpa's girl, seriously!
