Garden Produce!!
We had so much fun this year with our garden! We had a TON of tomatoes, zuchinni, cucmbers, cabbage, cantaloupe, peppers, carrots, onions, strawberies.... and on and on! The girls loved whenever we went somewhere or came home, they would walk to the front door or to the car picking snacks, mainly tomatoes and strawberries! The stirfry at the bottom is made completely out of our own home garden!
Trip to Utah for a Special Wedding!
We went down to Utah for Brian's cousin, Kevin Hatch's wedding. It was fun to head down and have almost the whole family there, we sure missed Mike, Andrea, and Abbie! We stayed with Great Grandma Keeley and had so much fun with all the family time. What did we learn from this trip? Well, Cloey gets car sick, yep can I tell you how fun that is when it is dark? Luckily it cleaned up good and I was so thankful for leather seats! Luckily we got her to sleep most of the way home. She never had this issue before, so we were completely shocked! We were able to be present for Kevin's sealing in the Logan temple. It was the most beautiful and touching ceremony, we are so glad he found someone so wonderful. Both of them had lost their father's within the year and it was sad and comforting to know that marriage is for eternity when you are married in the temple. We know their dad's were their, you could just feel it! Saturday we all went to the zoo we went to the previous month and had a blast. Sunday we went to church with the Ballard's, Brian's Uncle, Brian's cousins were having a farewell/homecoming thing. One brother was coming home, and one was heading out. It was so neat. It was a fun family trip, I love my kids and my husband. It is so fun to do these family vacations with them, even though sometimes stress creeps in, I wouldn't have it any other way!
And we are off! What better way to pass a 5+ hour road trip than playing pretend with your tootsie rolls? I was driving when Brian looked back and totally busted up! My kids crack me up!
Yeah, no tootsie rolls here, that would have been a huge mess! Did I mention that I love our suburban and the 3rd row seating? Lily and Cloey are in the third row and Autumn is in the 2nd row, if we had Autumn sitting with them she would have been totally all over Lily, poking her pulling hair... she likes to antagonize her sisters to get a reaction....hmmmm I wonder who she got that from.....daddy for sure! ;) But we love her!
At the Logan temple, I love my girls!

Lily's First Day of School
Lily is officially a kindergartener! I can't believe I have a kid in school now. Yes, it changes things a lot, I now have to tell her that she can't do something because "it is a school night." I never ever thought that I would say that! She absolutely loves school, she has been going since the last week of August and talks about all the things she is learning! I love the school she gose to, the class sizes are smaller, and we get to walk. That is my favorite, I just love that I can walk her to school and pick her up it is the best. I spent today volunteering and am glad I have the chance to get involved with her school. She is making friends, but she also started with some too. Jackson and Kylie are in our ward and are both in her class. Kylie and Lily are just the best of friends and always walk out of school holding hands, so cute! I think Lily might have a little crush on Jackson too, or at least she says she loves him and she tried to kiss him. So not what I thought my daughter would do, so we had a talk that she was not to try to kiss Jackson, to which her reply was, "I love Jackson though." So innocent, Jackson's mom and I had a good laugh and decided that down the road we were just fine with them getting together, lol! Here are some pictures of her first day of school.

Cloey's 4th Birthday!
Cloey turned 4 in August and we had a fun birthday party for her! She is such a sweetheart, we love her so much! We played around at the splash park at Merrill Park while some of the adults played some volleyball. We did a combo party with both sides of her family and friends. Cloey picked out a princess crown pinata (suprise, suprise, tried to get her to pick a cupcake one that had stings all the kids could pull at once for the candy to come out...no luck ;) ) and the kids had a blast trying to beat the candy out of it. Finally we let my cousin Tyler, who is 6, let loose with all his might and he got it to break. It was so fun to have cousins and friends to play with at the park. We are so blessed to have Cloey in our family, she is so kinds and considerate. She has been a huge blessing the past week too, always wanting to give me big hugs and kisses. I lover her! Happy Birthday Cloey!

Skyler David Keeley
The past 2 days have been some of the most trying and difficult days we have faced. I went to my doctor's office for an ultrasound to confirm that the baby was doing alright. I had some concerns and I wanted to make sure that things were fine. That is where my life turned upside down. The ultrasound showed my baby measuring 12 1/2 weeks not the 16 weeks I was supposed to be. Then my doctor came in to tell me that there was no heartbeat and that the baby had passed. That was a moment that tore my heart in two. We scheduled a d and c for the following morning and Brian and I spent the rest of the day confused and giving one another comfort, Brian did most of the comforting and I don't think I could have been more blessed than to have him as my eternal love. He was my rock. About 2:45 am, 2 hours before I was scheduled to be at the hospital for surgery, the my life changed again, my water broke and I gave birth at home. My wonderful sister was able to rush over to be with our 3 sleeping girls as Brian rushed me to the emergency room. There we were taken care of by some of the best nurses and cna's there could be. My doctor, Dr. King as well is the most caring and sweetest doctor too. She cleaned up our baby, our baby boy and left us alone to hold him. He was the most beautiful baby boy. So tiny but so perfect. Brian and I named him between us, Skyler David Keeley, he weighed 10.2 grams, and was 7.6 cm long. Lily always said he was a boy, and he was. After a while I was taken to surgery and released a few hours later. We had so many family and friends bring meals and help and I am so grateful. I spent most of the last 24 hours wishing I had picture of my baby boy, and wondering what would happen to him. I worked up the strength to call and ask my questions. St. Lukes has the most caring and helpful staff. A woman named Judy Cross called me to tell me she had taken some pictures of Skyler and that he would be buried at the St. Lukes Memorial Garden where they bury all babies born before 24 weeks. The Memorial Garden is at the Dry Creek Cemetery, a few minutes from where we live. Every 2 to 3 months they have a memorial service. Judy also sent me a card with Skyler's hand and footprints on it, along with his weight, length and the date of his delivery, Sept. 2, 2010, along with the blanket, hat, and charm she used in his pictures. These few gestures have done so much for my spirit. I know that our faith and the love we have will help us through, writing Skyler's story helps me as well and I hope will touch someone's heart. Life is so precious, I am so very grateful for my daughters and my love has grown deeper for them through this experience. Brian and I have already grown closer through this and I love him more today than ever. I am so grateful for the many kind words and deeds that have been given to my family, and that are still ongoing. For all the help and care. I am grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ, I am grateful for our knowledge that families are eternal. I am so grateful for Skyler and his precious imprint on our lives.

Trip to Utah
2 weeks ago we had the opportunity to head down to Utah and go to our good friend Jeff's wedding reception. It was such a fun trip. Brian's friend from high school Justin came with us. We stayed with Brian's grandma and aunt, they have a park right across the street so that made for lots of fun, the faded picture below is of Brian's grandma and the girls playing, I took the picture from the front room window! We took the kids to a small zoo that was awesome. It was $1 per adult and $.5o per child. They had fun walking around and seeing the wildlife! Saturday before the reception in the evening we took the girls around Temple Square. We met up with my best friend from high school Melanie Bird and toured the visitor centers and caught up. We tried In and Out for the first time and had a great time at the reception. It was a super cool reception, after an hour Jeff and Alli changed and everyone played some soccer and volleyball. All sorts of fun and relaxed! After the reception we hit Sonic so Brian could catch up with another close friend from high school that now lives in Alaska. It was fun to see them catch up, I wish I would have thought to get all the guys in a picture at the reception. What a good trip though!

Slippery Fun!!
Just some fun the kids were having with the good old slip and slide and our wet trampoline. Brian got home from work and joined the fun sliding them down it and then Lily started a water fight with him. Lots of wet fun!
